3 hours later, we discovered that we would be up every hour with him, so he has a day at home today. I thought I would take advantage of a stay at home day by crafting. I coloured in an Saturated Canary image, Confetti Kisses trying to Sepia tones, have never done it before but I do love how it looks on images I have seen using this method, however, I think I need a few practices though.
The Promarker Colours I used were
Almond, Putty
Tan, Cinnamon and Burnt Sienna
I did pull out some card stock to start to try and lay up a card, but my eyes were closing so thought I would just move myself onto the couch watch my Box Set of 24 and maybe get a kip, the wee man is sleeping upstairs just now, just hope that he is back to normal soon, I hate seeing him so ill.
I also am going to share my Mixed Media project I did the other day. I have never used this method before but I have so many crafty friends that do do it and have been encouraging me to give it a go, and this was my result.
Chipboard Clock from HobbyCraft
Ribbons from ThatCraftPlace and HobbyCraft
Netting was used to wrap flowers that were given to me (I never throw away anything!!)
Texture added using various acrylic paints, with paint brushes and bubble wrap
All added onto a canvas also from Hobbycraft
I am going to try and get a quick nap now, hopefully will be more with it later and try finishing of that card :)
